With over 45 years experience, Autobar know how to deliver
service.
Vending machines from Autobar currently serve over 5 million
beverages every working day, from over 100,000 customers across
Europe.
In the UK, we have a dedicated team of over 350 locally based
service technicians and operators, so there is always one close at
hand.
Service is core to our values. By knowing and listening to our
customers, we feel this gives us a special advantage within the
vending industry.
At Autobar, we are continuously reviewing our service
operations. We regularly train our technical and operating
staff keeping them up-to-date on product and machine development,
plus we liaise with our European colleagues in order to find 'best
practice'.
Our service provides a range of customer focused support that

Monday to Friday coverage
(08:30am - 17:00pm).
Weekend cover.

With our newly established customer service network, we aim to
give first class local care and attention to our customers on
a Regional basis, which is supported and resourced by a National
Service structure.
By passing responsibility to our Regional General Managers, we aim
to step change our performance and dramatically improve our
service, response times, communication and most importantly levels
of customer satisfaction.
