The Surevend™ system is fitted as standard to most
Autobar machines.
The advanced product delivery sensor guarantees that if a drink or
product selection is not sucessfully delivered then a refund is
issued by default.
In practice the system works by attempting to deliver the drink or
item up to 3 times. If unsuccessful the system offers the customer
the option of either choosing a different selection or a
refund.
Currently the Surevend™ system is fitted to the Evolution and
Genesis drinks vending machines, the Merchant and Shopper 2 snack
and food vendors.
The Surevend™ ensures customer satisfaction and removes the need of
manual refunds even if the machines are nearly empty.
