Bunzl Vending Services – Technical Vending Support

Technical maintenance at Bunzl is second to none. We have over 200 engineers to provide the technical resource to support our machine base in excess of 50,000. Offering one of the lowest engineer to equipment ratios in the vending service sector.
Locally, we operate from 19 branches that provide us with the perfect operational base for engineers and operators alike, as well as warehousing, parts delivery and administrative support.
Our National Support Centre is available Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.30.
In the event of a technical fault not being rectified by the operator during a scheduled visit, a call would be placed with the National Support Centre, which operates between the hours of 08.30 and 17.30 Monday – Friday.
All of our engineers carry a PDA hand held whereby your parts can be ordered instantly. This enables Service calls requiring parts to be closed in the quickest possible time scale, ensuring maximum machine up-time. When the parts become available (within 24 hours), our Serivce centre will issue a “fit-part” call to the Service Engineer and the part will be fitted as the engineers’ next call.
The majority of clients receive a 4 hour service response.
We achieve a 93% first time fix rate to service calls.
