All Bunzl Vending customers have access to a dedicated Account Manager who be responsible for the smooth running of your account. Your Account Manager will also provide you with valuable insight regarding developments in products and services in the UK vending industry.
You will always be ‘up-to-speed’ with the latest equipment and news facing the industry, from pricing structure to advice on the best cups to use.
Your Account Manager is your first point of contact, they are fully equipped to provide you with all the support that you may need.
For the day-to-day running of your vending services, each of our depots has its own team of experienced and knowledgeable vending operators and engineers. Bunzl Vending Services will carefully evaluate your vending needs to ensure one of that our professionally trained operators visits your site, as often as requried throughout the week.
Giving you the fully managed service, your vending machines will be cleaned and re-stocked with the branded products we have agreed.
During the week our National Customer Service Centre will always be on hand to answer any queries that you may have.
