We provide nationwide technical support from our state–of–the–art Bunzl Vending National Customer Care Centre.
It’s simple for customers to access our extensive support infrastructure. In the event that a technical fault cannot be rectified during your operator’s regular scheduled visit, customers can call the Bunzl Vending National Customer Care Centre, which is open Monday - Friday from 08:00 to 18:00. You will need to provide us with your company name, machine location, caller’s name and specific information about the issue at hand. This initial process concludes with the issuing of a unique Log Number, which serves as a record for the call and creates a Report Audit Trail.
We have a dedicated Customer Care Advisor to each account to provide our customers with a bespoke service.
Currently, the majority of our customers recieve a service response within 4 hours. We successfully achieve a 93% first time fix rate in relation to calls made to our Bunzl Vending National Customer Care Centre.
