Bunzl’s commitment to delivering excellent customer service - with added value and cost benefits to our clients - continues to underpin the growth of our business.

1987: Breakmate & Roboserve are acquired by the Sketchley Group. The company becomes known as Sketchley Vending.

1991: Sketchley Vending is re branded as Provend Services.

1996:The company is listed publicly and becomes Provend Group plc.

1999: Provend Group plc is acquired by Bunzl plc as part of Bunzl
Outsourcing Services.

2002: Provend officially becomes Bunzl Vending Services Ltd.
Bunzl Group plc promoted into the FTSE Top 100 Companies.

2005: Superior Vending joins Bunzl Vending Services

2006: Bunzl’s Vending continues to grow with the acquisition of Midshires

2007 to present: Our business has gone from strength to strength as we build the foundations of the business; outstanding local service, nationally. The roll out new IT system allows us to provide extensive reporting to our clients. Since 2007 we have continued to grow both national and local accounts whilst also retaining our existing clients.

2011: Autobar Group acquire Bunzl Vending Services
